Warranties and repairs

We value our products highly and do everything we can to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it can sometimes happen that an order is damaged during transport or something else happens that leads to a warranty claim. If this happens, please let us know within two months of discovering the issue.

Free repair in case of manufacturing defects

  • If your product breaks within the warranty period due to a manufacturing defect, we offer a free repair. A manufacturing defect means that the product breaks sooner than you would reasonably expect under normal use.

Paid repair for damage due to use

  • If the defect is the result of use, we call this "usage damage." This is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty, but we're happy to help you with the repair. You'll have to cover the costs yourself, but we can't tell you exactly how much it will cost upfront. We'll first inspect your product, provide an estimate, and then wait for your decision to carry out the repair.
