At My Sisly, we do our best to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. Still not completely satisfied? No problem! Read below to learn how returns work.

Return Policy

You can return your order within 14 days of receipt .
Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged .
The product should be returned in the original packaging , if reasonably possible.
Items made especially for you or hygiene products cannot be returned.

How can I return an item?

Send an email to info@mysisly.nl with your order number and the reason for return.
You will receive further instructions from us for the return.
Please pack the items carefully and return them using a shipping method of your choice.

Return costs are at your own expense , unless the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered.

Refund

Once we have received your return in good order, the amount will be refunded via the original payment method within 5–10 business days .
The original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Swap

Would you like to exchange an item for a different size or color? Please contact us first at info@mysisly.nl , and we'll discuss the options together.

Received a damaged or incorrect item?

Of course that is not the intention
